If you stayed with us at Hotel Norge but forgot to add your Scandic Friends membership to your booking, don’t worry—you can still register your points after your stay.
When Will My Points Appear?
After you have completed your stay, it may take up to 1 week for your Scandic Friends points to appear in your account. If the points do not show up after this time, you can easily claim them yourself.
How to Register Missing Points:
If your points have not appeared after 1 week, please fill out the form at the following link with the details of your qualifying stay: Register Missing Points.
Important: You can claim points up to 6 months back in time, as long as you were a Scandic Friends member during the stay.
